1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978, Chapter 6) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear statement to:

You may use the following information in your withdrawal statement, but it is not obligatory: your name, address, order number, date of order, date of receipt, and the reason for return (optional).
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The withdrawal request must be communicated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
- The product must not have been used, opened, or tampered with.
- All original labels, seals, and packaging must be intact.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and Finnish Consumer Protection Act Chapter 6, Section 16, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
As SteadyGlow is a dietary supplement, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
5. Return Shipping
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund process follows these steps:
- We receive your return and inspect the product condition.
- If the return meets the conditions outlined in Section 3, we approve the refund.
- The refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment.
- The refund is issued using the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at customer@radiantpowerstre.world with a description of the issue and, if possible, photographs. In such cases:
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective products.
- This is in addition to your statutory rights under Finnish consumer protection law.
8. Statutory Consumer Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish law (Consumer Protection Act, Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978) and EU consumer protection legislation. You always retain any rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
